Bill Garpow, serves as the Executive Director of the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association (RPTIA) a position he has held since the founding of this Association in 1993.
Bill's background in association management includes fifteen years as a member of senior management at RVIA - Recreation Vehicle Industry Association. He also includes service as the Executive Director of FRVTA - Florida RV Trade Association and as the Assistant Executive Director of the Michigan Association of RVs and Campgrounds.
Bill and his wife Joan reside in Newnan, Georgia, He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and is active in Kiwanis.
